Teleport is seeking a dedicated Technical Account Manager to join our remote team serving the EMEA region. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with clients to ensure seamless adoption and ongoing satisfaction with Teleport's open infrastructure access platform. This full-time, remote opportunity is open to candidates based anywhere in the United Kingdom, offering flexibility and the chance to work with cutting-edge cloud and access technologies.

Job Overview

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for EMEA-based customers.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of Teleport's platform.
Deliver expert guidance and support to maximize customer value.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and feedback.
Promote best practices in secure infrastructure access management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage technical relationships with assigned enterprise accounts.
Provide proactive support and troubleshooting for customer environments.
Lead customer training sessions and technical workshops.
Identify opportunities for product improvement based on client feedback.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and access management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Located in the United Kingdom or EMEA region.
