Job Overview

Execute full lifecycle recruiting for engineering/manufacturing roles. Post roles in ATS (Greenhouse) and source passive candidates; ensure candidate experience. Schedule and run interview feedback debriefs with hiring teams. Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and guide the close process. Initiate background and reference checks. Build a network of potential candidates via proactive market research.

Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant degree.
3+ years in full lifecycle technical/engineering recruiting.
Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
Ability to source candidates with niche expertise.
Self-directed with high urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communicator and problem solver.
