Job Overview

Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration. Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets. Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers. Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels. Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships. Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and events in person or via conference call. Must be based in the Lafayette, IN area. Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
  • Manage relationships with referral sources
  • Lead meetings in the field with various stakeholders
  • Design strategies to engage referral partners
  • Attend and lead educational meetings and marketing presentations
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 1-4 years proven sales experience; owning KPIs is a plus
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
  • Travel locally with reliable transport and valid driver's license (within 1 hour)
  • Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
  • Base pay between $65,000-$80,000 with target bonus
