Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration. Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets. Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers. Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels. Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships. Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events. Must be based in Vermont. Must be fluent in English. 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus. Travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid license 4-5 days/week.
