Job Overview
  • Remote position with flexible shift blocks (4–8 hours), targeting 20–40 hrs/week.
  • Support high-frequency travelers using AI-powered tools for booking and itinerary management.
  • Deliver empathetic, rapid support during travel disruptions and emergencies.
  • Opportunities for fast advancement and leadership roles as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Rapidly triage and respond to alerts via phone, Slack, or email within 10 minutes.
  • End-to-end servicing: curate, book, change, and cancel flights, hotels, car rentals, and experiences.
  • Proactively monitor travel itineraries for risks and offer solutions before issues arise.
  • Resolve urgent travel disruptions by rebooking, rerouting, and securing alternatives.
  • Document every action in CRM for clean hand-offs and data maintenance.
  • Provide process optimization feedback to improve workflows and automation.
  • Escalate complex issues and edge cases to senior operations staff promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter mindset with comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Dependable and able to meet strict response SLAs while working remotely.
  • Experience with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) or willingness to learn.
  • Background in sales, hospitality, consulting, or travel industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with points/loyalty programs and boutique/luxury travel services.
  • Professional home workstation with high-speed internet and quiet setup.
  • Eligible to pass a background check.
  • Collaborative, ego-free approach to teamwork and client service.
