Job Overview

As an Account Manager at ContentJet, you will oversee client relationships from onboarding to project delivery. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, translate client feedback into actionable tasks, and identify growth opportunities within accounts—all while championing performance and quality across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client onboarding and maintain ongoing relationships as the primary point of contact.
Host video calls for briefs, updates, and feedback, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving.
Coordinate projects with internal teams including Creative Directors, editors, and strategists.
Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
Translate client feedback into actionable steps for the creative team.
Identify upsell opportunities to help grow client accounts.
Drive performance and uphold quality standards across all client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a creative or marketing agency environment.
Background in UGC, influencer, or social media content management.
Fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage).
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, especially on video calls.
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities simultaneously.
Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
