Job Overview

As an Account Manager at ContentJet, you will oversee client relationships from onboarding to project delivery. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, translate client feedback into actionable tasks, and identify growth opportunities within accounts—all while championing performance and quality across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client onboarding and maintain ongoing relationships as the primary point of contact.
  • Host video calls for briefs, updates, and feedback, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate projects with internal teams including Creative Directors, editors, and strategists.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable steps for the creative team.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to help grow client accounts.
  • Drive performance and uphold quality standards across all client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in a creative or marketing agency environment.
  • Background in UGC, influencer, or social media content management.
  • Fluency in English (Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, especially on video calls.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
