We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to conduct user experience research and provide insights that will inform product decisions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product, design, and development teams to advocate for user-centered design that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user experience research to gather insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and development.
Translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
Plan and execute mixed-methods studies, including interviews and usability tests.
Communicate results to stakeholders through engaging presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in mixed-methods UX research.
Experience with in-person and remote facilitation.
Familiarity with the B2B technology industry.
Proficient in conducting in-depth 1:1 interviews and usability testing.
Skilled in creating surveys, personas, and journey mapping.
Familiar with analytics tools.
