Key Responsibilities

Advise veterans and their families on available benefit options
Build and nurture client relationships remotely
Achieve performance goals to unlock incentive trips and rewards
Participate in hands-on training and mentorship programs
Develop leadership skills and progress into management roles

Required Skills & Qualifications

Passion for serving veterans and their families
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and drive for success
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Willingness to learn and embrace mentorship
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to build rapport and inspire trust
Basic proficiency with remote work tools and technology
Commitment to ethical practices and professionalism
Previous experience in advising, sales, or leadership (preferred but not required)
