Job Overview

Work with a fast-growing team redefining the frontier of Audio AI.
Scale technical solutions for enterprise customers.
Support sales and product teams with technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executives to optimize the technical sales process.
Engage directly with customers to architect and support bespoke solutions.
Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations.
Create enablement resources and self-service tools for customers and sales teams.
Identify and productize common integration patterns in partnership with product teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
Strong background in Python and software architecture.
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
Experience working directly with customers in technical settings.
Empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.
Ability to identify scalable, standardized solutions.
Proficiency in building technical documentation and enablement resources.
