Responsibilities
  • Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team
  • Lead the U.S. direct sales organization and drive GTM strategy
  • Create and execute commercial strategies for market development
  • Manage sales org to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability goals
  • Oversee Revance product growth and customer adoption
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 15+ years in sales and sales management
  • Track record of launching products and developing markets
  • Experience leading large direct-sales teams (100–300)
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Able to travel 25–75% overnight
