In this remote leadership role, you will oversee a global team of analytics professionals, foster innovation, and deliver strategic insights that impact millions worldwide. You will champion advanced experimentation, predictive machine learning, and generative AI to create transformative business solutions, partnering closely with executives and initiative leaders to embed analytics into the company's core strategy.

Job Overview

Lead and develop a high-performing, international analytics team.
Define and execute a strategic analytics roadmap aligned with company goals.
Drive innovation through advanced analytics, experimentation, and AI adoption.
Collaborate with executives to ensure analytics delivers measurable business impact.
Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Establish trusted partnerships with initiative leaders and executive stakeholders.
Oversee the company’s experimentation program, including A/B, Bayesian, multivariate, and causal analyses.
Implement predictive ML and generative AI solutions to enhance customer experience and business value.
Build reliable data pipelines in partnership with data engineering teams.
Develop future analytics leaders and scale global team capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10–15+ years in senior analytics roles, preferably in B2C or e-commerce.
Advanced degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
Expertise in experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, Bayesian inference, etc.).
Proven track record with predictive and generative machine learning.
Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for analysis.
Exceptional leadership and executive communication skills.
Experience building and leading international teams.
Strong strategic thinking and innovation mindset.
Ability to democratize data and enable rapid, effective decision-making.
Remote work eligible in select US states.
