Job Overview

As the Vice President of GTM Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for leading the inaugural GTM Strategy & Ops team, architecting revenue tech stack, building and maintaining API integrations and data pipelines, designing automated outbound/inbound systems and AI tooling, driving rapid experiments, and scaling winning tactics.

Responsibilities

Onboard and lead GTM Strategy & Ops team
Architect revenue tech stack
Build and maintain API integrations and data pipelines
Design automated outbound/inbound systems and AI tooling
Drive rapid experiments and scale winning tactics
Partner with C-Suite to set GTM and engineering roadmaps

Requirements & Qualifications

8+ years in GTM/RevOps or related function
Experience leading RevOps/Growth Ops teams (5-15 people)
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Proficiency in GTM data tooling (Clay, ZoomInfo) and data infrastructure
Experience with integration/automation tools (Zapier, Make, Workato) and marketing automation
