Demand Generation Hubspot Lifecycle marketing Marketing Automation Project Management

As the VP of Marketing at BlackBeltHelp, you will play a pivotal role in developing and scaling a comprehensive lifecycle marketing engine for a fast-growing SaaS company serving the higher education sector. This fully remote role requires a data-driven leader with deep experience in AI, chatbot, and voicebot solutions, especially those marketed to Higher Education CIOs and Student Services. You will lead a dynamic team to drive demand generation, retention, and brand expansion, optimizing channels and spend while collaborating cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a full-funnel lead generation engine to drive sales pipeline growth.
Lead and scale the marketing team to maximize channel performance and ROI across the marketing mix.
Design, launch, test, and optimize paid media campaigns, including paid social, SEM, display, and retargeting.
Create and refine email nurture and drip campaigns to accelerate prospect movement through the funnel.
Establish and track KPIs, dashboards, and lead scoring systems to measure campaign success and inform strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in growth marketing for B2B SaaS, preferably in higher education verticals.
Proven expertise with marketing automation platforms and tools (e.g., Hubspot).
Experience designing and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including ABM and demand generation.
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced proficiency in digital marketing best practices and reporting.
