VP Marketing Higher Ed SaaS

As the VP of Marketing at BlackBeltHelp, you will play a pivotal role in developing and scaling a comprehensive lifecycle marketing engine for a fast-growing SaaS company serving the higher education sector. This fully remote role requires a data-driven leader with deep experience in AI, chatbot, and voicebot solutions, especially those marketed to Higher Education CIOs and Student Services. You will lead a dynamic team to drive demand generation, retention, and brand expansion, optimizing channels and spend while collaborating cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a full-funnel lead generation engine to drive sales pipeline growth.
• Lead and scale the marketing team to maximize channel performance and ROI across the marketing mix.
• Design, launch, test, and optimize paid media campaigns, including paid social, SEM, display, and retargeting.
• Create and refine email nurture and drip campaigns to accelerate prospect movement through the funnel.
• Establish and track KPIs, dashboards, and lead scoring systems to measure campaign success and inform strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in growth marketing for B2B SaaS, preferably in higher education verticals.
• Proven expertise with marketing automation platforms and tools (e.g., Hubspot).
• Experience designing and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including ABM and demand generation.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced proficiency in digital marketing best practices and reporting.
