Job Overview

This position is responsible for deploying, managing, and automating Windows infrastructure and services, including Active Directory and DNS. The role requires expertise in scripting, cloud platforms, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, with a strong focus on incident management, system optimization, and collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and support Windows systems infrastructure and associated services (Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, etc.).
Automate daily tasks using scripting and programming languages.
Utilize infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible for infrastructure management.
Participate in incident management and root cause analysis to resolve and prevent system issues.
Analyze and optimize system performance using monitoring and logging tools.
Collaborate with Cyber Security and other teams to remediate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in automation and management of Windows systems infrastructure.
Technical expertise in Windows systems, Active Directory, and DNS.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and PowerShell.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of IaC tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize systems.
Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
Flexibility to work varied hours and provide 24x7 support for critical incidents.
