Job Overview

• Provide expert consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition technologies, with a focus on Workday and SmartRecruiters.
• Act as a client-facing advisor, ensuring high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective change management, training, and communication strategies.
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic consulting and project management across talent acquisition platforms.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to recommend best practice solutions.
• Implement, optimize, and support end-to-end ATS/CRM systems for clients.
• Drive change management initiatives including communications, testing, and training.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure project milestones are achieved with excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years’ experience in SmartRecruiter and Workday implementation in client-facing roles.
• Proven project management and consulting experience within IT, RPO, or corporate environments.
• Expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition processes and systems (ATS/CRM).
• Proficiency in English and remote collaboration tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet).
• Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, organizational design, and process optimization.
• Experience with additional platforms (Paradox, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, Oracle) is desirable.
