Join our team as a Sr. Business Analyst specializing in Workforce Planning for Starlink support teams. This role involves developing forecasting, staffing models, and scheduling for support teams, designing dashboards, applying statistical analysis to forecast demand and efficiency, and partnering with CS Engineering to build workforce tools for in-house software.

Key Responsibilities

Develop forecasting, staffing models, and scheduling for support teams
Design dashboards and apply statistical analysis for demand and efficiency
Partner with CS Engineering to build workforce tools
Manage KPIs including service levels, queues, and staffing levels
Translate data into actionable insights for operations decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years in workforce planning for tech customer support
SQL, dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker), and advanced Excel skills
Forecasting and capacity planning for global teams
Strong data analysis and presentation skills
Ability to work extended hours and travel as needed
