The Workplace Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent customer service to employees, guests, and vendors. This position requires a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills to manage daily office logistics effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Provide front desk coverage and greet employees, guests, and vendors warmly.
Manage visitor check-in, desk assignments, and act as a liaison for vendors.
Oversee day-to-day office logistics, including inventory management, supplies, and amenities.
Handle mail and packages, coordinating shipping and sorting tasks.
Identify and resolve office issues promptly with a 'fix it now' attitude.
Support calendar scheduling and meeting coordination as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

1–3 years in office management or related customer-facing roles.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor.
Service-oriented background is a plus (hospitality, reception, executive support).
Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Tech-savvy with experience in office automation tools and vendor management.
