Job Overview

As an Account Executive for Care Collaboration, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for provider/clinic accounts. Your role involves building and managing a pipeline of qualified opportunities, executing outbound strategies, leading consultative discussions with stakeholders, delivering product demos, and driving long-term account growth.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for provider/clinic accounts
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Execute disciplined outbound strategies using multi-channel outreach
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with clinical and operational stakeholders
  • Deliver product demos that show clinical and operational impact
  • Accurately forecast pipeline movement and revenue outcomes
  • Partner with Customer Success and Solutions for activation and long term account growth
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities across clinics, service lines, and product capabilities
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of full-cycle healthcare sales experience
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment
  • Closed complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong in consultative discovery; translate solutions into clinical/financial value
  • Comfortable prospecting and generating your own pipeline
  • Understand clinical workflows and how providers make purchasing decisions
  • Disciplined about pipeline management and forecasting
  • Move fast, follow up aggressively, and don't need hand-holding
