The Senior Manager - Renewals leads the APAC Global Renewals Team, playing a pivotal role in customer retention and long-term success for our SaaS business. By fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving continuous improvement, you will ensure seamless customer experiences and predictable renewal outcomes. This is a strategic, people-focused leadership role with direct impact on regional business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Renewal Managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Own all renewals and upgrade opportunities across the APAC region, ensuring pipeline health and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Channel Partners, and Customer Success to drive customer retention and expansion strategies.
  • Design and implement region-specific renewal playbooks tailored to APAC market dynamics.
  • Establish and track key metrics, providing accurate forecasts and regular reporting on team performance and regional trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven people management experience, preferably leading renewals or customer-facing teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of driving predictable retention and expansion with B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Experience working in the APAC region and understanding its unique market dynamics.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and strong data quality management.
  • Familiarity with customer success methodologies and experience implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate forecasts and meet or exceed renewal targets.
