Join Hightouch as our Founding APAC Sales Leader and play a pivotal role in building and scaling our Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams across the Asia-Pacific region. Hightouch empowers companies to harness data and AI for personalized customer experiences, and we are seeking a results-driven leader to expand our presence in APAC. This remote role is ideal for a builder passionate about creating high-impact, empathetic teams and driving meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, develop, and scale a team of Account Executives across APAC markets.
Ensure consistent quota attainment and month-over-month sales success in Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
Mentor, coach, and support new sales peers to foster professional growth.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams.
Provide strategic feedback to the executive team to steer company direction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of software sales leadership experience, with at least 2 years leading in a new region.
Proven success selling into multiple APAC markets and understanding cultural/business nuances.
Expertise in building, motivating, and scaling sales teams to meet revenue targets.
Process-oriented and data-driven approach; proficiency with Salesforce, MEDDPICC, and Command of the Message.
Ability to articulate technical concepts and demonstrate business value to senior stakeholders.
Track record of developing strategic relationships with key partners.
High sense of urgency, ownership, empathy, and compassion in leadership.
Strong communicator with a growth mindset and talent for attracting top performers.
