Job Overview

As an Application Development Engineer II, you will drive the development of software modules, ensure adherence to best practices, and contribute to the transformation of healthcare delivery for diverse communities. You will work alongside data professionals, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient application solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement enterprise software solutions for healthcare services.
Collaborate with data modelers, architects, analysts, and subject matter experts to deliver project requirements.
Create efficient, maintainable code and execute enhancements and bug fixes in various programming languages.
Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
Analyze user needs and assess technical feasibility within project constraints.
Document conceptual and detailed technical designs, supporting implementation and post-install processes.
Adhere to security management practices and established security standards.
Identify, assess, and resolve problems, anticipating issues before escalation.
Adopt new technologies and contribute to architectural solutions based on business needs.
Comply with company policies, standards, and security protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2–4 years of related software development experience.
Proficiency in programming languages such as GoLang and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Strong understanding of managed care, contracting, and network development concepts.
Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation and process flows.
Experience with unit/integration testing and quality assurance processes.
Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
Adaptability to new technologies, tools, and programming standards.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Commitment to security, compliance, and professional ethics.
