Everfield is seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to drive the strategic and operational direction of our B2B marketing initiatives. As a long-term investor and growth accelerator for mission-critical software companies, we empower our partners across various sectors, including healthcare, management, and educational technology. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute a holistic B2B marketing strategy to generate new leads, activate existing contacts, and drive conversions.
  • Develop impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns across the entire sales funnel.
  • Define and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), Buyer Personas, Value Proposition, and Messaging Framework.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams for strategic alignment.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a results-driven marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing end-to-end marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • First leadership experience or mentoring background within marketing teams.
  • Strong proficiency in content marketing, brand management, audience targeting, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, remote-first start-up environment with flexible work arrangements.
  • Motivated by results, continuous learning, and team collaboration.
  • Passion for innovation and long-term brand building.
