As a remote B2B Sales Representative, you will connect with prospects by phone, understand their unique needs, and match them with the ideal phone plan. Job Overview
  • Engage with prospective business customers over the phone to identify their communication needs.
  • Promote and sell tailored phone solutions designed for small businesses.
  • Be part of a growing, global team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Work remotely with the support of a collaborative, transparent culture.
  • Receive a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Make approximately 40 prospect connections daily via phone outreach.
  • Qualify marketing leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed daily sales targets (3+ closed deals per day).
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable phone plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Embody the company values of curiosity, efficiency, transparency, and a customer-first mindset.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or telecommunications.
  • Exceptional phone communication and active listening skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability to customer needs.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote, and international team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a bias toward action and continuous learning.
  • Customer-obsessed attitude with a collaborative, caring mentality.
