Job Overview

This role focuses on motivating and guiding a bilingual service team, ensuring high standards of performance, and resolving customer escalations. You’ll collaborate closely with associates, handle administrative duties, and contribute to the company’s financial health, all within a dynamic, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and guide team members to achieve company and client performance objectives.
  • Respond to associate inquiries, manage escalations, and ensure quality customer interactions.
  • Coordinate and deliver training on new or updated services, products, or project processes.
  • Oversee attendance, payroll, and administrative tasks for the team.
  • Utilize various technology tools to support daily operations and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain a supportive and inclusive work environment, recognizing achievements and addressing challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent experience in Healthcare and/or Medical Interpretation.
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated empathetic leadership and conflict resolution skills.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and multiple applications.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high standards of accountability.
  • Ability to multitask and manage complex, ongoing projects.
  • Experience in employee training and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to supporting professional growth and an inclusive culture.
