Job Overview

As the Director of Channel Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ecosystem strategy to drive revenue growth through high-potential consultants, accounting firms, and nonprofit advisors.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit, and activate consultants, accounting firms, and nonprofit advisors.
  • Optimize the 3-tier Agency Partner Program to drive partners toward Mentor status.
  • Establish strategies for AE partner assignment and quota distribution.
  • Cultivate and manage partnerships to integrate Bloomerang's technology.
  • Monitor partner performance through tracking key metrics and conducting business reviews.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of channel partnerships or business development experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record building scalable partner programs generating $1M+ in revenue.
  • Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and partner management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
