Join Gnosis HQ as Chief Revenue Officer and lead the commercial strategy for a pioneering onchain business account platform. As part of the executive team, you will drive sustainable growth by overseeing sales, partnerships, pricing, and customer success. Collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to align revenue priorities with product and company objectives, and help build scalable revenue operations in a flexible, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, lead, and execute the company’s revenue strategy in collaboration with CEO and CTO.
  • Oversee all revenue-generating functions, including sales, strategic partnerships, pricing, and customer success.
  • Build scalable revenue operations, including CRM, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
  • Provide data-driven forecasts and board-level insights to guide business decisions.
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing commercial team.
  • Ensure strong Go-to-Market alignment through cross-functional partnership with Product, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Champion innovation, experimentation, and personal development within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership roles (VP of Sales, VP of Revenue, CRO).
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience scaling sales, partnerships, pricing, and customer success functions.
  • Expertise in building and managing revenue operations infrastructure (CRM, forecasting, metrics).
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a data-driven approach.
  • Deep understanding of B2B Go-to-Market strategies and customer lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Operational mindset with experience scaling systems and teams for growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
