Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve core backend services supporting all app features.
• Own and manage core service infrastructure to ensure stability and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and GTM teams to support new feature development.
• Proactively address data quality and reliability issues within backend services.
• Leverage AI tools for code generation, testing, documentation, and code review automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep understanding of object-oriented or functional programming principles.
• Experience planning and implementing complex data models.
• Expertise in optimizing code, data queries, and network requests.
• Strong grasp of microservices and distributed systems complexity.
• Skilled in troubleshooting large-scale production systems.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
• Ability to automate API/service documentation and code review processes using AI.

• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
