Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve core backend services supporting all app features.
Own and manage core service infrastructure to ensure stability and scalability.
Collaborate with product and GTM teams to support new feature development.
Proactively address data quality and reliability issues within backend services.
Leverage AI tools for code generation, testing, documentation, and code review automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Deep understanding of object-oriented or functional programming principles.
Experience planning and implementing complex data models.
Expertise in optimizing code, data queries, and network requests.
Strong grasp of microservices and distributed systems complexity.
Skilled in troubleshooting large-scale production systems.
Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
Ability to automate API/service documentation and code review processes using AI.
Commitment to code quality through automated testing.
Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset, thriving in geographically distributed teams.
