Mitratech, a global leader in enterprise legal, risk, and HR management solutions, is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join our remote team in Canada. This role focuses on executing a unified customer lifecycle program to enhance engagement, drive product adoption and retention, and nurture cross-sell and advocacy opportunities. The ideal candidate will collaborate across marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns supporting our Corporate, Legal, and Claims products. Key Responsibilities

Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel customer lifecycle campaigns to increase engagement and retention.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, sales, and senior leadership to align on customer initiatives.
Drive product adoption, retention, cross-sell, and advocacy through targeted programs and communications.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Refine messaging and content based on competitive analysis and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-5+ years of customer marketing or customer lifecycle experience, preferably in B2B technology.
Proven success in multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on customer engagement and retention.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level copywriting.
Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and data-driven recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives effectively within deadlines and budgets.
Remote work capability within Canada, with availability during core EST business hours.
