AuditBoard, a leader in audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platforms, is seeking a Deal Desk Manager (Temporary) to join our Global Deal Desk team. This role serves as a trusted business partner to Sales and Customer Success, ensuring deals are structured efficiently, align with company policies, and support our mission to provide best-in-class compliance and risk management solutions. The position offers opportunities to work remotely or in a hybrid setting, with a dynamic, growing SaaS company serving global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance to Sales and Customer Success on deal structuring, pricing, contract redlining, and management.
Review and interpret contract terms, collaborating with Finance and Legal to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Approve and process deals for customers and prospects in alignment with corporate policies.
Respond to day-to-day queries regarding quoting tools and CRM systems from Sales and Account Management teams.
Support Sales enablement through training initiatives and drive process improvements independently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree required).
Minimum 3 years of Deal Desk experience in a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing, and commercial contract terms.
Experience working with global/multinational customers and deals.
Outstanding business partnering and communication skills.
Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition policies is a plus.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet daily deadlines.
Customer-first mindset and a bias towards velocity.
