AuditBoard, a leader in audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platforms, is seeking a Deal Desk Manager (Temporary) to join our Global Deal Desk team. This role serves as a trusted business partner to Sales and Customer Success, ensuring deals are structured efficiently, align with company policies, and support our mission to provide best-in-class compliance and risk management solutions. The position offers opportunities to work remotely or in a hybrid setting, with a dynamic, growing SaaS company serving global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to Sales and Customer Success on deal structuring, pricing, contract redlining, and management.
  • Review and interpret contract terms, collaborating with Finance and Legal to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Approve and process deals for customers and prospects in alignment with corporate policies.
  • Respond to day-to-day queries regarding quoting tools and CRM systems from Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Support Sales enablement through training initiatives and drive process improvements independently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree required).
  • Minimum 3 years of Deal Desk experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of deal structuring, pricing, and commercial contract terms.
  • Experience working with global/multinational customers and deals.
  • Outstanding business partnering and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition policies is a plus.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet daily deadlines.
  • Customer-first mindset and a bias towards velocity.
