Job Overview

Evolent, a healthcare company focused on improving patient care outcomes, is seeking an Associate Director for Digital Workplace Engineering. This role involves overseeing a team of engineers to implement and enhance workplace technologies for efficient care management.

Responsibilities

Manage team of engineers for technology implementations and improvements
Automate tasks to reduce administrative overhead
Define and implement Microsoft 365, Windows 365 Cloud PCs, Copilot, and related technologies
Establish engineering strategy and standards
Advocate for secure computing practices

Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years in IT leadership
6+ years of experience in digital workplace technologies
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and related tools
Experience in enterprise IT deployment and technology roadmapping
Proficient in managing digital workplace tools, identity management, and collaboration platforms
