Job Overview

This role focuses on orchestrating impactful marketing campaigns, strengthening relationships with trading and developer communities, and ensuring Fogo's brand is consistently represented across key platforms. You'll collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to promote new products, incentives, and success stories, supporting our mission to build world-class DeFi infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Drive marketing campaigns to accelerate growth of Fogo’s ecosystem partners
Ensure consistent Fogo brand visibility across third-party placements
Develop and deliver compelling narratives to attract top-tier protocols and developers
Coordinate product launches, incentive programs, and marketing initiatives with partners
Create case studies and success stories to highlight Fogo-based applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record in driving ecosystem growth for a major protocol
Strong relationships with trading and builder/developer communities
Deep understanding of on-chain trading and blockchain infrastructure
Exceptional English communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage marketing campaigns end-to-end
Startup mindset: adaptable, results-driven, and proactive problem solver
Comfortable working in a globally distributed, remote environment
Extreme ownership and accountability for outcomes
