As an Employee Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the enrollment, renewal, and administration of employee benefits. This role involves processing benefits invoices, ensuring timely payments, and providing clear information to employees regarding their benefits. You will also be tasked with maintaining benefits records and data integrity in HR systems, supporting annual benefits open enrollment and communications, and collaborating with the Benefits Leader to develop metrics and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee enrollment, renewal, and admin of employee benefits
  • Process benefits invoices and ensure timely payments
  • Respond to employee inquiries on benefits with clear information
  • Maintain benefits records and data integrity in HR systems
  • Support annual benefits open enrollment and communications
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong team player with a customer service mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
