Enterprise QA Engineer Salesforce

Play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of mission-critical enterprise applications across sales, marketing, finance, and accounting domains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive manual and automated testing, safeguard software releases, and champion continuous quality improvements in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Functional, System, Smoke, and Regression Testing for enterprise applications.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive manual and automated test scenarios and cases.
• Ensure traceability by linking test cases and automation scripts to requirements.
• Collaborate with Developers, QA peers, BSAs, and Release Engineers throughout the SDLC.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation frameworks, and DevSecOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Software QA experience, including functional, system, API, and integration testing.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Provar, Tosca, Testim, AccelQ).
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite) and Salesforce administration.
• Proficiency in Apex, XML, XPath, and experience with Salesforce CPQ, Lightning, and integrations.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer-centric solutions and security.
