Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive manual and automated testing, safeguard software releases, and champion continuous quality improvements in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute Functional, System, Smoke, and Regression Testing for enterprise applications.
Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive manual and automated test scenarios and cases.
Ensure traceability by linking test cases and automation scripts to requirements.
Collaborate with Developers, QA peers, BSAs, and Release Engineers throughout the SDLC.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation frameworks, and DevSecOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of Software QA experience, including functional, system, API, and integration testing.
3+ years of hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Provar, Tosca, Testim, AccelQ).
Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms (Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite) and Salesforce administration.
Proficiency in Apex, XML, XPath, and experience with Salesforce CPQ, Lightning, and integrations.
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer-centric solutions and security.
