Job Overview
  • Support clients by managing a range of administrative tasks remotely.
  • Utilize FreedUp’s customized systems and tools to optimize workflows.
  • Participate in an extensive onboarding process, including tailored training.
  • Collaborate with a global team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules, email correspondence, and calendar coordination.
  • Oversee document preparation, data entry, and file management.
  • Implement customized administrative systems for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to assess and fulfill their needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and proactively resolve operational challenges.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with cloud-based productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a client-first mindset.
