Global Enterprise Sales Director

Job Overview

• Lead and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on Fortune 500 clients.
• Manage the acquisition of new business and expansion of existing accounts across key industries.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support Verkada’s innovative security solutions.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Global Sales.
• Remote position with up to 50% travel within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive net-new business acquisition and revenue growth from Fortune 500 accounts.
• Develop and execute process-driven, strategic sales cycles, leveraging MEDDIC methodology.
• Collaborate with channel partners to maximize deal registrations and outcomes.
• Inspire, coach, and grow a team of elite enterprise sales professionals.
• Work cross-functionally to support product and customer success initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-10+ years leading high-performing enterprise/strategic sales teams.
• Proven track record of top sales performance in large, complex Fortune 500 deals.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud software, or security-related hardware industries.
• Strong familiarity with process-driven sales, ideally MEDDIC trained.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills across diverse enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners for revenue growth.
• Leadership qualities: high IQ, EQ, self-awareness, and ability to inspire teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
• BS/BA degree strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
