Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as Hospital Operations Manager or Medical Office Manager
• Three+ years in veterinary medicine with progressive responsibilities; technician background preferred
• Strong leadership and empathetic management; experience training and mentoring
• Advanced skills in Practice Management Systems and MS Excel
• Basic accounting skills
