Metas Solutions seeks a motivated Junior SharePoint Developer to join our team, supporting federal public health agencies in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will focus on migrating SharePoint environments, developing modern solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance health systems. This is a contractor role with occasional onsite meeting requirements and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Job Overview

Support migration from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online (SPO).
Work with subject matter experts and clients on site design, architecture, and development.
Contribute to the implementation of agile, data-driven solutions for national public health initiatives.
Assist in integrating SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop SharePoint Online 365 environments.
Migrate content, documents, and legacy sites using Sharegate.
Rebuild site architecture and replace unsupported forms and workflows with modern solutions.
Draft and maintain project documentation, including project and test plans.
Configure security groups, permissions, and compliance settings per client policies.
Assist in rebuilding InfoPath forms in Power Apps.
Support integration with Power Platform, Teams, and OneDrive.
Provide technical support during releases, testing cycles, and migration phases.
Troubleshoot migration-related issues and prepare user documentation.
Collaborate with business analysts and end users to gather requirements and deliver SharePoint solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Relevant Microsoft SharePoint certifications.
2-4 years' experience as a SharePoint Developer.
At least 3 years' experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience with SharePoint Online development, forms, workflows, and governance.
3-5 years' experience using ShareGate migration tool.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented with demonstrated full software life cycle experience.
Ability to obtain US Government Public Trust Tier 4 clearance; US citizenship required.
Experience supporting federal government clients preferred.
