Key Account Manager role that involves generating new business opportunities and revenue through high-volume outreach via phone and email. The role focuses on meeting or exceeding goals through account retention, selling additional products/services, and achieving KPIs as per management guidelines. The candidate is required to demonstrate knowledge of Cision products, collaborate with divisions to build strategic solutions, and utilize Salesforce for pipeline management and outcome forecasting.

The position is a hybrid role based in either Cleveland, OH or Albuquerque, NM. A Bachelor's Degree is required with 0-1 years of sales experience preferred. Ideal candidates should have an interest in business communications, public relations, and pursuing a sales career. Strong multitasking, quick thinking under pressure, and excellent customer service skills are essential. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.com is preferred.
