Customer Service Flexible Scheduling

Join our team as a Line Service Specialist responsible for providing top-tier service during arrivals and departures for charter and scheduled flights. Your role will involve collecting, tagging, and weighing luggage, as well as recording data in Aero systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that FBO line services are scheduled, dispatched, and positioned correctly. Supporting services during FBO delays and handling tasks like loading luggage, conducting up-lifts and down-lifts, and managing catering equipment will be part of your daily routine. Additionally, you will confirm and record water, lavatory, paper, ice, and coffee services in Aero.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be present during arrivals/departures for charter and scheduled flights.
  • Collect, tag, and weigh luggage; record data in Aero systems.
  • Ensure FBO line services are scheduled, dispatched, and positioned.
  • Support services during FBO delays, including loading luggage.
  • Conduct up-lifts and down-lifts; handle catering equipment.
  • Confirm water, lavatory, paper, ice, and coffee services; record in Aero.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2-5 years experience in FBO line service in business aviation.
  • Excellent verbal English and ability to adhere to uniform and presentation guidelines.
  • Must complete and maintain GSC accreditation.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain airport security clearance.
  • Must be able to work in the United States; DOT safety-sensitive; drug testing.
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, last-minute changes.
