Job Overview

Create and execute a daily content strategy for TLNT's founder and company brand on LinkedIn.
Drive visibility, engagement, and qualified inbound interest through compelling storytelling and posts.
Collaborate closely with leadership to authentically represent the brand voice.
Leverage AI tools to enhance content output while maintaining quality and authenticity.
Work remotely with a dynamic, people-first organization focused on growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a high-impact daily content engine for LinkedIn.
Strategize, write, and post scroll-stopping content that aligns with TLNT’s vision.
Engage with the LinkedIn community to build relationships and drive brand awareness.
Utilize analytics and engagement triggers to optimize content performance.
Act as a strategist, creator, and community builder—not just a ghostwriter.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Exceptional writing skills with a knack for hooks, storytelling, and insights.
Proficient in using AI tools to enhance productivity and maintain authenticity.
In-depth understanding of LinkedIn content formats, engagement strategies, and timing.
Experience channeling founder voice and psychology in content creation.
Fluency with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar platforms.
Highly self-directed and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Bonus: Experience in B2B, recruiting, or founder-led brand building.
Ability to work remotely, Monday to Friday (PST hours).
Immediate availability as an independent contractor.
