Neat aims to take video communications to a new level through innovative product design.zoom room hardware • meeting spaces • video devices • video hardware • meeting room hardware• Develop and drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment across product, sales,operations and marketing teams. • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the value of Neat’s solutions to target customers. • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to refine product communication and strategy. • Collaborate with product management to translate technical features into user benefits, ensuring a strong product-market fit. • Create engaging sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, videos, and thought leadership content. • Work closely with marketing, and content teams to develop product campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation. • Support partner and channel marketing efforts to maximize product reach and adoption. • Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize product messaging and positioning.• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, benefit with B2B understanding, but not a requirement. • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams. • Knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation techniques. • Hands-on experience developing marketing collateral, sales enablement content. • A results-driven mindset with the ability to measure and iterate on marketing effectiveness. • Experience in the video conferencing or collaboration technology space is a plus.• Flexible work environment with a culture that values creativity and collaboration. • Opportunity to work on global marketing initiatives and strategic product launches. • Direct impact on a growing company with cutting-edge products. • Work with a dynamic and innovative team shaping the future of hybrid collaboration.
