Customer Experience Customer Service Problem Solving Sales Teamwork

Lead and inspire a team of sales associates on the shop floor. Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard results to hit goals. Open and close the store as part of daily operations. Analyze sales results and adjust floor structure to meet targets. Deliver a world-class customer experience and product demos. Foster a positive, knowledgeable store culture and teamwork. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales. Cash handling and opening/closing procedures. Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training. Problem-solving in day-to-day operations. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.

Requirements & Qualifications
