Job Overview

Seeking a Privacy Manager to oversee and manage privacy operations with a strong focus on compliance and data protection.

Responsibilities

Run privacy request operations end-to-end
Serve as Data Protection Officer when required by law
Lead DPIAs/PRAs to supervisory authorities when required
Partner with Legal in lock step
Build and maintain core privacy governance
Vendor and procurement privacy
Oversee ROPA creation and updates for GDPR Article 30

Requirements & Qualifications

7+ years building and running a privacy program at scale
High autonomy individual contributor in a lean environment
Partner with attorneys; translate legal requirements to controls
Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, PIPEDA; practical workflows
Strong technical fluency: data flows, access control, logging
