Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Development
• Experience as Director of Product Development
• Experience in the apparel industry
• Proven track record in managing product development projects
• Experience with fittings conduction and cost negotiations
• Retail and Beauty industry experience
• Experience in intimates or seamless construction
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and supplier management
• Understanding the plus size market
• Passion for making women feel confident
