QA Engineer for Speechify Web App

Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for the Speechify Web app, ensuring strong functional coverage across core user flows and edge cases. Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices to validate new features, bug fixes, and releases. Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects, providing clear steps, expected vs. actual results, and supporting evidence. Maintain clear and organized QA documentation, including test cases, regression suites, test reports, and release validation summaries. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure issues are triaged correctly and prioritized based on user impact. Participate in Agile workflows including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring QA is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. Execute regression testing and release validation to ensure product quality and stability prior to launch. Continuously identify ways to improve manual QA processes, test coverage, and communication between teams.
