Join A-Gas as a Refrigerant Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and customer engagement across Canada. This position focuses on expanding the adoption of sustainable refrigerant solutions within HVAC contractors, wholesalers, industrial end users, and grocery chains. You'll collaborate with internal teams and leverage A-Gas programs to build lasting partnerships, contribute to strategic business initiatives, and represent the brand at key industry events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive nationwide sales growth of refrigerant products and services.
  • Promote and increase adoption of A-Gas programs, including job-site recovery and cylinder exchange.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring loyalty and account expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, logistics, and finance to support commercial strategies and service delivery.
  • Deliver professional presentations, proposals, and reports to customers and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to expand brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline updates.
  • Share market intelligence and customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and quota requirements for refrigerant sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent sales experience considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial, chemical, or refrigerant sectors.
  • Proven success in customer acquisition, relationship management, and consistent sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to engage technical and executive audiences.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Canada.
