Instacart is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our remote team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and supporting the seamless delivery of grocery services from local stores across the United States. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S., empowering you to drive success and satisfaction for our partners and customers.

Job Overview

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with grocery partners and stakeholders.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve client issues.
Analyze account data to provide strategic recommendations and insights.
Manage account communications and ensure timely follow-ups.
Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software and account management tools.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
