Apollo is seeking a dedicated Customer Advocate for a full-time remote position based in the Philippines. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting users of Apollo's all-in-one sales intelligence platform, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and contributing to our growth.

Job Overview

Remote, full-time position open to candidates in the Philippines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Apollo customers.
Represent Apollo’s values and commitment to customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to the Apollo platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex requests.
Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience with customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
Knowledge of CRM and sales intelligence tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms is a plus.
Fluency in English.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
