Job Overview

Lead customer enablement initiatives for Figma's platform.
Work remotely with cross-functional teams to drive user success.
Support teams who build products together through effective onboarding and training.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new customers.
Create educational resources and training materials.
Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to improve user experience.
Gather and analyze feedback to enhance customer enablement strategies.
Advocate for customers and ensure their ongoing success with Figma.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of design and collaboration tools.
Experience in customer success, enablement, or training roles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proven project management and organizational skills.
