Job Overview
  • Deliver exceptional customer support through multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Assist users with booking, troubleshooting, and platform navigation.
  • Represent Peerspace’s values in every interaction.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Educate customers on platform features and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
