Job Overview

Deliver exceptional customer support through multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
Assist users with booking, troubleshooting, and platform navigation.
Represent Peerspace’s values in every interaction.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Resolve issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
Educate customers on platform features and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
